Management Considerations for Oregon’s Dry-Side Forests
Join OSU Extension for our latest webinar series. We’ll begin the series with some foundational concepts of ecology and forest management in eastern Oregon. We will then dive deeper into considerations for individual forest types and tree species specific to the dry-side. The series will cover management of Douglas-fir, Ponderosa pine, Western larch, Lodgepole pine, mixed species forests, and Western and Rocky Mountain juniper

Northern Blues Restoration Partnership Annual Meeting
Join the Northern Blues Restoration Partnership’s for their 2026 Annual Meeting! This conference will explore how fire – both prescribed and beneficial or risk informed wildfire – shapes our landscapes and communities. We’ll highlight the full fire cycle: from proactive work like thinning and preparedness, to cultural burning, post-fire recovery, workforce development, and policy innovations that support fire-ready communities across all lands.
